Nicole, known artistically as Blu Nyle is the Founder of Rooted In Power healing and brings a wealth of experience is a Multi-Hyphenate Performing Artist, Shamanic Reiki Master, Author, and Spiritual + Somatic Wellness Coach.

As a dedicated leader in mental health, recovery, trauma healing and thriving, Blu Nyle inspires others to reconnect with their own inner spark—tapping into boundless love, peace and wellbeing. Helping those who identify as highly sensitive, empaths, survivors and all looking to remove all blocks in their energetic and expand their concioussness.

With a deep commitment to liberation and empowerment , Blu guides others on a transformative journey, helping them harness sacred, creative, and somatic healing to shift from chaos to clarity.
